Food is good. Long wait time. Normally call order in helps with wait time. My husband loves the 6 wings & fries. I love the blacken salmon over rice.
My food was so good I am going back to slap the owners and the cook tomorrow. Cat fish mac & cheese and green.
The 6 wings with mac and cheese and yams were top tier! Had to order early by 6:30, but it was enough for two meals. Unfortunately, I have not gotten to the peach cobbler yet I will check back soon with more info--so far so good.

Man this place here! Ok I just got to Wilmington and was looking for a spot to grab food. Saw this on YELP and figured I'd give it a shot. I mean I'm from the south and in in Wilmington, Delaware... Southern soul food should be aight at best! Man was I NOT disappointed! The ladies and gentlemen there put their WHOLE foot in it. Staff was very friendly too! Ordered the Turkey wings (without gravy), rice and beans, and cabbage with cornbread. Washed it down with some tea. Held heat well too as I had to drive back to my hotel to eat it. The only thing I'd say that they lack is a place to sit down and eat. Am I coming back? You bet your sweet ass I am. Update: Ok I went back again for lunch the next day. Threatened the ladies there with kidnapping if they keep making the food like they are. Get the Turkey or fried chicken wings! So much food that the kid had to sit on the box to close it. Yeah I'm going back tomorrow... Last edit.... Ok I went back everyday for food... Too much to type... just go there!
The food was overall amazing. There isn't really many soul food spots here in delaware. The price was great for the amount of food they give you. They have a strawberry shortcake cheesecake for dessert there and that's also AMAZING. You have to try it. The jerk chicken is a little spicy for those of you that can't handle spice. The mac and cheese was baked so it had that crispy texture, very good. The rice was normal rice and the meatloaf portion was HUGE, honestly could probably feed two or three people.
